All 4 bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs boast king beds, smart TVs, and one has a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work or study. On the lower level, the social hangout space awaits offering a haven for separation. The kiddos can hang out down here and watch movies in the TV viewing area of the fun bunk room, which comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Hiking trails wind through scenic woodlands, perfect for nature enthusiasts. To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Pets are not allowed at this home.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
This property does not have private beach access, but there is a public beach less than 1-block from the home.
The house is on well water which has high iron content.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
