Originally homesteaded in 1836, the property includes a charming main farmhouse, a cozy cottage, a loft-style retreat, a seasonal in-ground pool, and a beautifully restored nineteenth-century timber barn. The grounds feature open lawns, wooded trails, and tranquil ponds perfect for fishing or canoeing—making it easy to enjoy the outdoors with long walks, quiet corners, and time by the water. This property is especially fabulous for large or multi-family vacations. 

In the Summer (June - September)

In the summer, Berrywood Farm invites guests to experience the estate as it was intended—reserved exclusively for one group to enjoy together. During the peak summer season, the entire property must be booked as a full-estate rental, bringing together the farmhouse, cottage, and loft for a private countryside retreat.

Perfect for family vacations, multi-generational gatherings, reunions, and group getaways, the full Berrywood Farm estate offers generous space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of southwest Michigan—all with the privacy of having the entire property to yourselves.

The Rest of the Year

In May and October, individual bookings of the three homes are available, though the pool is closed during these months. During the off-season, only the main house is available for rental.

For larger gatherings, booking the full Berrywood Farm estate remains the best way to enjoy the property with the greatest privacy, space, and ease. For couples, small families, or guests planning a shorter southwest Michigan getaway, the option to reserve individual homes, or a custom combination of homes, makes it easier than ever to experience the charm of Berrywood Farm during the early Spring and Fall seasons.

Each residence includes a full kitchen and essential amenities to support a relaxed, self-contained stay. Parking is available on site, and guests have seasonal access to the estate’s expansive outdoor spaces.
