THE SPACE
Once you and your guests have stepped into this gorgeous estate home and taken in the spacious, naturally lit beauty before you and surrounding you, y’all will know you’re about to experience an extraordinary vacation. Leave your cares behind as you recline into a comfy couch with a glass of wine and stare into the flames dancing in the majestic hand-cut stone fireplace. Lean back and enjoy the Great Room’s vaulted ceilings, huge wood beams and magnificent views out the stunning wall of windows and French doors. Or catch a movie or favorite show on the flat-screen Smart TV.

Ready for a bite to eat? The open design leads you directly into the large, fully-remodeled Chef’s Kitchen, a perfect place to create vacay deliciousness, with top-end appliances, cookware and gadgets, as well as a primo coffeemaker and all the fixings. We hear guests love gathering for morning coffee at either the breakfast nook—with a superb view outside—or the central stone-top island. But when a formal meal has been prepared, the adjacent dining room is a sweet way to share time together with your family or friends.

On the ground level, y’all can find your way into all sorts of fun in the extra-large game room and bar area – both fully- equipped – including a pool table, ping-pong, jumbo fridge, sleek bar and chairs, and an array of cozy couches for ultra-relaxing. All 6½ Bear Ranch bathrooms are exquisitely appointed and have features like deluxe vanity sinks, walk-in tiled showers, RainShower heads, a soaking tub and all the basics you and your guests might want. There’s also a laundry room outfitted with a high-end washer-dryer combo to meet all your laundering needs.

Just take a few steps outside and you will discover even more richness, comfort and spacious beauty! The wonderfully landscaped backyard is highlighted by an Olympic-size pool, two hot-tubs, and a koi pond with a soothingly serene waterfall. On the deck, there’s a gas barbecue grill, a smoker and patio dining sets, and by the pool and out on the lawn there are plenty of chaise lounges, patio chairs and lawn chairs for you and your guests’ reclining pleasure. Any children in the mix can take delight in a wonderful sandbox – with plenty of toys – or run around on the spacious lawn! Oh, one more thing – any soccer buffs in your group will be thrilled by having a soccer field set up beyond the pool in the backyard. GO-O-O-OAL!

Besides being just a stone’s throw from superb Lake Michigan beaches, popular galleries, shops, restaurants, wineries—you’ll be in the heart of Southwest Michigan’s acclaimed Wine Country—and woodland hiking and biking trails galore, you can also enjoy the many water-related activities afforded by being near the region’s largest recreational harbor, including boat, canoe, kayak, jet-ski and paddleboard rentals, as well as a wide variety of day or night cruises. Don’t forget to check out the regular farmer’s markets and seasonal outdoor festivals. And for golfing enthusiasts, there are a number of high-quality courses in the area to choose from. Fore! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
