To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 (two) dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Town Line Beach is a short .6 mile walk from the house. This is a public beach. Head northeast on Williams Ct. toward Town Line Ave. Turn left on Town Line Ave. The beach will be at the end of the road.
