All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

For guests who would like to bring pets, we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs under 40 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a doorbell camera located next to the front door facing the front entrance area, camera 2 is located on the front of the garage facing the front entrance and the driveway, and camera 3 is an inactive camera located on the side of the garage facing the front of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras 1 and 2 record video and audio when activated by motion.
