There's a screened porch and a back porch overlooks the shared green space, pond and pool.

An open social living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax overlooking the pond. A cozy rock fireplace warms and relaxes during fall and winter stays. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and has a full ensuite bath.
Upstairs is a lounge area with Xbox game console and two couches for kids (and kids at heart) to play. Three bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo that’s perfect for bathing kiddos after a fun day of play.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
The Community Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open through October 1st.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.
