In 1922, the Warren family transferred ownership of Cherry Beach to Chikaming Township. This beach is the township's most extensive, featuring about 657 feet of lakeshore, enhanced by a recent 3-acre expansion from the Cherry Beach Project. Although parking is limited, it remains accessible to the public seven days a week. The local government ensures the beach is well-maintained, with waste management services and security patrols during the peak summer weekends.
